Instructions for Office Visits

We are doing everything we can to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff alike. Our patients play a very important role in helping us maintain a safe environment in our office.  With this in mind, we have created a detailed list of new guidelines for you to follow when you come in for your appointment.

We ask for your cooperation with these new protocols
for the safety of everyone.

  • When you arrive at the office, you are asked to stay in your car and call us to let us know you have arrived.  Once your operatory has been sanitized and your provider has everything ready for your appointment, we will call you back and ask you to come right in the office where you will be screened. Alternatively, you can reply to the text that we will send you from our “virtual waiting room” automated messaging system. Just text “HERE” and that will let us know you have arrived. We will then text you back when your operatory is ready and you can come into the office.
  • Please wear a mask into the office. You must wear it at all times inside the office except during your dental treatment time
  • Please use the back of your hand to activate our automated door openers when entering and exiting the office
  • You will be asked to use hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the office.  NOTE: Please do not wear gloves into the office. Gloves do not allow you to sanitize your hands at the various intervals we request.
  • Just inside our front door, you will be asked some COVID screening questions. If you screen positive your appointment will have to be rescheduled
  • We ask that patients come into the office alone unless they need to be accompanied. If someone drives with you to your appointment, we ask that they wait in the car for you, unless it is absolutely necessary that they accompany you into the office. Children under 12 may be accompanied by a parent if necessary.**

**Please note – If you have more than 1 child having an appointment at the same time, you will not be allowed to go back and forth
between the 2 operatories. If you go into one of the operatories, you must stay there for the remainder of the appointment.
